What data we process
When you send a demo request we process the details you enter: name, company, e-mail, phone, role, projects per year and your message. We also store the time of your consent and a hashed (non-readable) version of your IP address to stop spam.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your request, book a demonstration and, if relevant, send you an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Retention
The data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed. It is then deleted.
Recipients
The data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored with our hosting provider within the EU/EEA and sent through our e-mail provider. These providers process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Contact us at [e-mail]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
